Payment Terms and Condition

All rates are only in Thai Baht currency.
If payment is made online by a credit card , there will be a foreign transaction fee 4.4 %
The promotion rates are subject to change without prior notice . Please contact us to
check the available rates.
All the rates are inclusive of 7% Tax and 10% Service and 1% Local Tax Charges for
booking.
Children aged 12 and older are considered as adults.
All bookings are required to be guaranteed by cash deposit prepaid, money transfer or
acceptable credit card.
Total amount will be charged for a full payment at time of reservation.
In case 50 % of the total amount will be charged as deposit at time of reservation , But the balance
is required to be paid before the selectecd service date.
All the bookings must be confirmed by email, official letter, tour voucher or WhatsApp only.
No guarantee for any booking made by phone.



Cancellation and Refundable policy

Cancellation made 2 days before in advance no fee applies.
Cancellation made 1 day before date of service, we charge 50 % from the total price.
Cancellation on the date of service, we charge 100% from the total price.
No show will be charged 100% from the total amount of the booking.

If payment was made online we grant money refund according to the cancellation policy. However, the value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, duties, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees.


Booking amendment is noo fees.
Postpone the trip have to be made in 24 hours before departure time.
